Disrupt Meetup | Data Centers for Decentralized Systems (Invitation Only)

This meetup of the Enterprise Bockchain Frankfurt Disrupt Community discusses blockchain-solutions for Data Centers in a decentralized age. Which role will datacenters play in the future? How can they adapt their business model to decentralized systems? And which difficulties do they face on their journey? Moreover, guests can explore a datacenter at e-shelter, one of the leading datacenter-provider in Europe with excellent speakers of the blockchain ecosystem.
Join our second Disrupt Meetup of the Enterprise Blockchain community in Frankfurt. This blockchain meetup also functions as the kick-off event for the German Blockchain Week. This meetup is an invitation only meetup for Welcoming & Gathering corporate partners, speakers, sponsors and investors of the EWCC.


(1) Juwan Lee

Juwan Lee is the Founder and CEO of NexChange, a venture innovation platform,
CEO of Arrakis Ventures and co-Founder and Director of the Blockchain Centre of
Hong Kong. Mr Lee was formerly the CIO of the largest Shanghai-based asset management firm. He spent numerous years at JP Morgan in a variety of roles from principal investments to heading equity within the asset management division. As an early pioneer in managing technology portfolios he worked with SAC Capital , Osprey, Rothschilds and Montgomery. He funded many star companies in Silicon Valley (including Netscape, Yahoo and Eidos – Tomb Raider), Taiwan’s Hsinchu Science Park, Bangalore India, Korea and Israel.

(2) Dr. Rolf Werner, Fujitsu

Dr. Rolf Werner has been Head of Central Europe at Fujitsu. In this role he managed the company’s business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
He was also Chairman of the Managing Board of Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH. Before joining Fujitsu in 2016, Rolf held various management positions at T-Systems. Most recently he had been a valued member of the board at T-Systems Multimedia solutions and managed the expansion of the sales organization and the whole company both nationally as well as internationally. During other career stops Werner was CEO of the French subsidiary T-Systems France SAS and was EMEIA head, responsible for all services activities in America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

(3) Prof. Dr. Philipp Sandner

Prof. Dr. Philipp Sandner is head of the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is a member of the FinTechRat of the Federal Ministry of Finance and also engaged in the Blockchain Observatory established by the European Union and, additionally, founding member of the German Blockchain Association e.V. and the Multichain Asset Managers Association.Before joining Frankfurt School, he co-founded a consulting company specialized in the area of innovation strategy IP and technology transfer. He has been research fellow at the Technical University Munich, the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology.

(4) Toan Nguyen, e-shelter service GmbH

Toan Nguyen is Director of Business Development and Cloud Platform across EMEA at e-shelter. With more than 16 years of experience in global technology companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Amazon Web Services and e-shelter (part of NTT Group), Toan has a diverse background in Sales, Business Development and Marketing leadership roles. His focus in the DLT space is around new infrastructure and protocol approaches that can address the future need of global decentralized applications.
